NEW GENERATION TO SERVE YOU AT MOMMY YUM YUM!

Binh and Mommy Nhung created a fine family restaurant in Ephrata; in fact they have spent 13 years building that fine restaurant, and even built the building to house it. Everyone who has experienced Mommy Yum Yum knows of the excellent service and high-quality cuisine. This experience is now being offered up by the next generation of Binh and Mommy’s family members.

With the desire for retirement, Binh and Mommy have been training family members, ThuHang Le and husband Truc Nguyen for almost 4 years to continue the business and allow them a little personal space and time for themselves.

ThuHang, with her pleasant smile and lovely appearance, is out front greeting and making sure all is well, and Truc is in the kitchen preparing great food with other family members filling in as required. “ Binh and Mommy Nhung are still there pretty regularly and are always on call if need for just about everything”, ThuHang shares, “ it is clear they enjoy staying involved.”

ThuHang or “ Hung” as she is called by friends and family wants everyone to understand that Mommy Yum Yum is still the place everyone remembers and that they have maintained the consistency of food quality and service that has been a trademark of the restaurant.

The only different is in some future plans…. Sushi Bar, anyone? More about that in future issues of the Venue.
